Error 403 when attempting to update

We have identified and resolved the recent update issues affecting both ThinkAutomation and WhosOn.

If you are still experiencing update failures, please manually update your installation by following these steps:

  1. Download the correct update file for your product:

  2. Copy the downloaded file into your Program Files installation folder for your product, by default C:\Program Files\ThinkAutomation or C:\Program Files\WhosOn Installable, overwriting the existing file when prompted.

  3. Restart the application and run the update again.

This manual step will get your updater back online while normal update checks are restored. Any future versions downloaded from our website will contain this fix and will not need these steps performing.
